We represent Kansas City style BBQ with a fusion of Southwest flavors/spices! We specialize in slow smoked meats and sides.
We smoke our meat with a blend of sweet woods to give it a beautiful smoke ring. This gives off a perfect flavor combination of smoke, seasoning, and beef. Try our brisket with or without sauce. It goes great on a sandwich, a couple of tacos, a Loaded Mac, or just by itself.
